A precision design, ultra limited tolerance machining and good surface finishes, allow the Ever-Power to use at high efficiency values, 98% for one stage gearbox and 96% for a two stages gearbox. Efficiency values depend on torsional backlash, velocity, ratio, ambient temperature, etc. The average efficiency level varies according to the number of levels as shown in the specialized data sheets for each gearbox model.
